Lab to good home $250 re-homing fee

Hi I have a Black and Tan lab I need to rehome. He is turning two years old on December 18. He is a very well behaved and friendly dog looking for a loving and caring family (amazing with kids). He knows how to walk on two legs, sit, heel, give a high five, spin and walks great on a leash, he also loves to play sticks and tennis balls (you throw them and he brings em back) He loves to go on hikes and can swim very well. He used to bark when he was a puppy but he hasn’t barked in months so like I said very well behaved. He enjoys playing with other dogs at the dog park but he will do just fine as a single pet. He is fully crate trained and will never whine when on his crate. He is up to date on all shots however he is not neutered as per the vets recommendation until he turns two. If you would like to give him a forever home please email me as soon as possible and you can come by to meet him or we can meet at a local dog park or public place. He will come with his collar/leash, a few days supply of labeled dog chow/treats and if you would like I can also give you his dog crate which is in very good condition. I am charging a fee of $250 to help give me pace of mind he goes to a good home. Send me an email and I will reply within 10-15 minutes with pictures and feel free to ask any questions about him😊
