Remove a small wall and move a plant

I am a disabled Vet and the VA is putting in a ramp at my home on the front porch. I must remove a small planter wall & dirt, and move a plant back out of the way to make room for the ramp to fit my porch. The planter wall is 10 feet long made of concrete brick. The wall is 9 inches tall x 20 inches depth x 10 feet long. This material must be removed completely, leveled, and clear area. The plant needs to cut back to about 4 feet tall and move back about 2 feet. I would be willing to pay $200.00 to have this done anyone interested let me know.
