We have a young English Pointer. This family did not understand to even the slightest degree what an English Pointer was, or the kind of energy they brought, much less the training required. This family has failed to train the dog to any extent and have resorted to just hitting her when she does something they don't like or putting her in a kennel. All she really needs is space to run, and a family who will be consistent with her so that she can live happily. The dog is always happy and just wants attention and someone to play with.
