Videographer needed

We have a 3 pc band and would like to get a person with photo common sense to video tape the band w/ my iPhone. I'm an experienced video guy, but I can't shoot the video AND play in the band at the same time. Unless you have a person with video background or photo background you'll never get a suitable video. I've tried by giving cam to someone in audience, NO GOOD. I'd be willing to pay what's fair for just 5 good min. of footage, maybe an hr. of someone's time.
