Mirabella Portland, a LEED Platinum Continuing Care Retirement Community, is currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Lead. Also maintains key inventory and control systems. • Provide emergency repairs to facilities and equipment as needed. • Repair and maintain all major Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) assets. • Repair and maintain all maintenance supplies, tools and equipment. • Perform other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications: • Knowledge in HVAC maintenance and repair, electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical and/or general building repair. • Boiler, chiller and tower experience. • Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of Building Automation Systems. • 1-2 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance, MEP, HVAC or a related field preferred.
