West Parc Apartments in Bethany Village seeks an energetic and organized Porter to join our team.  The Porter will maintain all outdoor and common indoor areas by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning common area windows & restrooms, maintaining the garbage/recycling areas, and performing general grounds work to ensure our community looks its best for our tenants.  Must have valid driver's license.  Schedule - M-F 7am-3:30pm with 30 minute lunch.  Pay $15.75 - $16.25 depending on experience.  Offering $300 sign on bonus once 90 days of employment is completed!  Main Responsibilities   - Perform routine landscape maintenance for Bethany Village and surrounding areas - Provide assistance to maintenance staff when requested - Drive trash receptacles located throughout property to trash compactor for disposal - Apply chemicals and cleaning solutions and read necessary MSDS sheets - Physically walk property and remove litter, debris, and pet waste from the grounds. - Ensure pool area, laundry rooms, mail rooms, dumpster areas, recreation areas, front entrances, and walkways look clean and professional at all times. - Detail property on regular basis by raking shrubs and using blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush. - Shovel, plow, and salt snow and ice as needed - Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and garages - Operate leaf blower, pressure washer, lawn mower, and other equipment as needed
