We have three issues: 1. Some areas of trim are rotting and need to be replaced. My guess is roughly 5% of all trim. 2. Juliet balcony above front entrance - railings are rotting and need to be replaced and synthetic columns at corners need to be repainted. 3. All trim is flaking and needs to be scraped and painted. Please let me know which of the above you can handle, your availability, and if you have any sort of ballpark estimate for costs. For the railings above the front entrance, I'm thinking Home Depot/Lowes-quality PVC as a replacement. Example: Thanks
