Long time landlord needing help, occasionally, about one day a week. Looking for handyman maintenance person for various jobs. Have a bit more it seems than I can get done. Typical duties include painting, carpentry, light plumbing such as new faucet, tile, change electric outlet, cleaning, grass cutting, etc etc. Areas include, Bloomfield, Etna, Gibsonia, New Kensington. Must have transportation and own hand tools. Must have skills needed. Please email your qualifications, interest level, and pay requirements. Let me know what services you are able to offer..
