Need leak in the roof repaired

With the hard rain we had a couple of days ago, I found some water leaked into my vestibule. I attach a photograph of where I had to set up buckets. This needs to be fixed. Please see the photograph of the house. You will see the vestibule juts out and it has its own roof at a lower level than the main roof. On the second floor of the house there is a door that lets you walk right out into it, as photo shows. The last photograph is more of a closeup of that roof itself. You can see that it does not have tiles, but something else that extends across the whole surface. A few years ago I had a leak like this one. The person who came out to fix it told me he had put a new layer of some sort of sealant on it that would prevent further leaks, and indeed that held until this week. A year ago a roofing expert took a look at it and said it did not have to be replaced, so I am assuming that another coating of sealant is what it needs.
