Lost our cat -- losing hope!

We recently moved to Evanston. Our cat, Clark, disappeared and has been seen gone since June 22. A wonderful neighbor thinks she saw him heading south a few days later. But still no sign. His brother and 9 year old litter mate, Lewis, misses him. Clark is the cat in the picture WITHOUT the white chin and paws. Please let us know.
