Build level stacked stone tree ring - small job

I have a roughly 8-10 foot diameter stone ring around a tree in my front yard. I want the same thing around another tree. I have the stone. The ground slopes but the ring is level. On the uphill side, the flat stone is at ground level. On the downhill side, the top flat stones are on top of another layer of stone. Must have experience cutting and stacking level stone planters etc. If you have pictures of work like this that you have done please email them. Additionally, I have 7 shrubs that need to be removed and 7 new shrubs in 3 gal containers that need to be placed where the other 7 were removed. This should be about 12 hours for one person, assuming experience with stone.
