Need bass & lead & vox for 90s alternative / rock cover band

Alright guys, here’s the deal. My friend and I were in a band for a few years and want to get back into the music scene. We’re looking to start a 90s / 00s / alt / rock cover band. Foo Fighters, staind, FoB, incubus, STP and others. I play drums, he plays rhythm guitar and can sing backup or main. We’re both dedicated and would love to play some gigs downtown. Looking to practice at least once a week. We also need a practice space so any ideas you have for that, we’re all ears.
