***ON-SITE MANAGER POSITION WITH APARTMENT COMPENSATION***
The resident manager is responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining value and quality in the community by assessing and reporting issues on the property.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task
Assessing and troubleshooting problems
Answer Sales calls
Show units
Serve notices
Work with maintenance technician
Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety
Handle after hours emergency calls when necessary
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Previous Apartment Management Experience
Strong customer service background and organizational skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task
A willingness to take direction and work independently or in a team environment
Most have a positive, upbeat attitude
Be handy and have a willingness to fix minor repair items immediately
REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness to live on site
Prior apartment management experience
A work record of good attendance and punctuality
Bilingual (English /Spanish ) a huge plus
