Hey! So we have 2 female ball pythons that we don't know then morph on. We don't know who sired the clutch so the morph is unknown on them both. One of the possible sires is a dinker and we think he might be the dad. Text or call me for more details! They are very beautiful!
Ball pythons are very good beginner snakes! They are very docile in nature and have a bunch of different morphs, patterns, colors etc. They do require 90 to 95 degrees on their hotside and 80 to 85 on cool side. Make sure when getting a ball python you get a heat mat with a thermostat which is very cheap when you price match. You can get a exoterra 300 watt thermostat from feeders supply in Walton Verona when you price match for 20 dollars! If you need help let me know. Also a 60 watt heat emitter or blue night bulb is good to have to hold heat better never get red lights they are very bad for them! Also make sure to get a good amount of clutter! Ball pythons love clutter! You can spend 10 at dollar tree and have a beautiful set up. I suggest using tubs ball pythons require humidity and its difficult trying to keep it in tanks! The ones with the 6 lock lids they are escape artists! Make sure to get one lower to the ground ball pythons do not require height, height can stress them out. When feeding your new baby ball python make sure to get rat fuzzies thats what mine eat. The 1st time set it in the enclosure and leave it alone. Do not hover on their 1st feeding. Make sure the prey has no teeth baby rats normally don't have teeth you don't want your new little one to get hurt! Also reptichip is a great substrate do not use anything from chain pet stores all their substrates suck! I will give you a bag to start you off! Anymore questions lmk!
