Position: Crew Leader - Mow Department: Mow Reports To: Operations Manager Job Type: Full Time, Non-exempt Role (Overview of the Position) ● Responsible for leading a crew to mow properties and submit supporting documentation to prove completion of work. Drive truck with trailer, clean equipment, maintain and document equipment repairs. Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role) ● Supervise laborers ● Ensure quality control of job sites ● Drive truck; pull and maneuver trailer ● Operate zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, hedgers and blowers ● Clean equipment ● Maintain and document equipment repairs ● Document completion of work Results (Expected Accomplishments) ● Complete numerous mows per day in order to complete overall weekly mow list ● Keep a productivity mindset focused on the goal of achievement ● Operate company equipment, truck, trailer with utmost care and integrity ● Supervise laborers with training and success in mind ● Report any equipment failures and maintenance issues ● All work properly documented and submitted for payment Requirements (Expected Proficiencies) ● High school diploma or equivalency ● Ability to drive, pull and maneuver a truck trailer combo ● CLEAN & VALID Driver’s license!!!!!!!! ● Works well with others.
