Full-time positions available with hourly pay and overtime (paid vacation with tenure) Pay rate negotiable with experience and result of job interview, target range from $17 to $20 per hour. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Scaffold Erector A Scaffold Erector follows the Foreman implementing installation and dismantling of equipment on jobsites as directed by the Field Operations Supervisor, the Estimator, and/or the Engineer. Our Erectors are expected to have a positive attitude and complete work within Safety, Quality, and Company policies. Duties and Responsibilities • Take direction on site from the crew Foreman. • Install scaffold and shoring on small to large size jobs ensuring that they have everything required to complete the daily tasks. • Identify hazards and safety risks to control and eliminate hazards. • Ensure that they are outfitted with proper PPE, equipment and tools needed to complete job tasks. • Maintain good housekeeping on job sites. • Communicate efficiently and respectfully with the Foreman and team members. • Understanding and following related OSHA standards. Preferred Skills and Qualifications • Reliability is of upmost importance. • Ability to speak, read, and write English. • Normal schedule 7:00am to 3:30pm – Overtime with occasional night and weekend work. • Experience with construction and scaffolding. • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 rating desirable or willing to obtain. There are demanding physical requirements for this role require climbing, bending, lifting 50 pounds or more, heights, and much more.
