Re homing awsome small dog

Hello, I am rehoming my best friend Tobi. Due to severe neuropathy and other severe health issues I can no longer provide him the life he deserves. He is 7 years old. Neutered and up to date on all his shots. Loves to go everywhere. Especially walks in the park. He has just been to his monthly spa visit which he loves by the way lol. He is not a kennel dog. He is a free rome house dog. Does not chew or pee or poop in the the house. This hurts so much to have to let him go. He will come with 6 months supply of food and treats, toys, food dishes, and his blanket. His dislikes are people on bikes and motorcycles. And is not fond of other dogs or cats so he will need to be the only pet in the home. I am asking a re homing fee to ensure he goes to a good home.
