Signing Bonus $5k - $10k for the well qualified candidate The ideal Plumber candidate will have a thorough knowledge of residential plumbing concepts. The successful candidate must be organized with great attention to detail. You should have exceptional multi-tasking skills and must be able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring) Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers) Troubleshoot to locate and repair pipe and pipeline systems using various methods Able to diagnose leaks of an unknown source (up to down leaks) Able to perform drain cleaning Interpret blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures Analyze problems and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair Prepare written work cost estimates for our customers Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records Complete all tasks and comply with safety policies and established procedures and quality standards Meet sales goals and metrics QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 2 + years of previous residential plumbing experience Solid understanding of basic plumbing concepts, water distribution, and disposal systems Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote positive company image Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven Ability to handle physical workload Satisfactory passing of pre-employment screens and physical Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions PHYSICAL DEMANDS Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and type Speaking and hearing ability; heavy communication through talking and listening to employees and clients directly as well as through telephone Frequently required to reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl May lift and move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus BENEFITS Company Vehicle Tools provided Company Phone 401K Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays GROOMING Once hired, all employees must maintain a well-groomed appearance (i.e. a business-like haircut, clean-shaven: no facial hair, and no visible tattoos) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
