KC Power Clean Crew Leader - Night Shift FULL-TIME $22.95/hr 1240 Pioneer St, Suite D, Brea, CA 92821 Starting hourly pay is between $16.00 and $25.00/hour depending on experience. The employee leads and participates in performing various cleaning, maintenance and restoration services along with maintaining high levels of communication and excellent organizational skills - all while displaying an excellent attitude. Work subjects the employee to inside and outside environmental conditions, extremes in temperatures, and hazards associated with equipment operation including fumes, oils, gases, detergents and wet conditions. Work is supervised by management, fellow work-peers, our customers and even the general public. Job Responsibilities may include but not limited to: ● Fill out daily & weekly reports with pictures/videos and consistently perform the “Crew Leader Task Guides” with UTMOST DETAIL ● Develop a thorough grasp of how to perform each of our services ● Project manage by prioritizing work tasks to crew members & oneself ● Communicates with supervisors frequently the required ​time​ & materials​ for successful project completion ● Able to assist with “on-the-job training” of fellow employees ● Provide feedback and input into performance reviews. ● Completes work orders and maintains written and electronic records of projects with consistency and thoroughness. ● Maintain organization & inventory of work trucks, tools and shop equipment through use of company programs ● Perform minor equipment/tool repairs and maintenance ● Ensure adherence to time schedules and safe work practices ● Operate equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks such as power wash/blasting, window cleaning equipment, boom lifts and other aerial equipment, street sweepers, blowers and vacuums, and landscape machines. ● Excel in customer interaction and quality customer service Physical Requirements: Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must possess the visual acuity to operate equipment and motor vehicles, perform trades tasks, inspect the work quality, and review work for accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness. Schedule - Shift start: 8:00PM or 8:30PM or 9:00PM - Shift length: 10 Hours - Days: Sunday - Thursday Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - 401k Requirements - Associates degree preferred - 1+ year(s) relevant experience required with 6 months+ in a supervisory capacity preferred. - Considerable experience in grounds and/or facility maintenance including equipment operation and trades work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Possession of a valid Class C California driver's license or ability to procure license within 7 days. - Must have a working smartphone with a data plan. - Must have a reliable form of transportation. - Must participate in random drug screening and background program. - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Can lift 20 lbs About KC Power Clean The bulk of our services are exterior cleaning/maintenance services, we also offer several other services that not only help increase property values but can lead to a better quality of life.
