FOH Positions Host/hostess -High school diploma or GED -Prior customer service experience in the hospitality and/or customer service industry -Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and professional appearance -Good communication skills and phone etiquette -Ability to stand for long periods of time -Works well and efficiently under pressure -Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card -Responsible, punctual. Bartender -High school diploma. -Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required, please mention any you might have in the email. -Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card -Must be 21 or over to serve alcohol -Availability to work nights, weekends, and possibly holidays with extra incentive -Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance -Basic math skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems -Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills -Strong task and time management abilities. -Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques. -Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. -Responsible, punctual. Server -High school diploma or associate degree in culinary studies or food and hospitality management -1yr experience in a food-serving establishment -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Strong task and time management abilities. -Highly developed interpersonal skills and professional appearance -Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems -High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods -Works well and efficiently under pressure -Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card -Responsible, punctual. Food runner -High school degree or equivalent preferred -Physically able to carry 35 pounds; able to stand, bend, and move throughout shift -Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks -Excellent at verbal communication -Works well and efficiently under pressure -Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of staff and management -Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card -Responsible, punctual. Busser -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred -Restaurant experience preferred -Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing -Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment -Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills -Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds -Responsible, punctual. Bar-back -High school diploma or equivalent. -Prior experience, education, training, and/or current certifications preferred. -Must be 21 or over to serve alcohol -Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance. -Ability to learn menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors. -Basic math and computer skills. -Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations and/or fast paced environments -Observant and thorough. -Responsible, punctual. -Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays. BOH Positions Dishwasher -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - maybe even several times a day -Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on both low and high shelves -Ability to work in fast paced environments -Ability to respond to emergency situations to avoid endangering themselves or others -Prior experience highly preferred -Responsible, punctual. -Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance Line cook -High school diploma and/or associate degree in culinary studies or food and hospitality -At least two years of cooking experience -Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of a team -The ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a time -Exceptional time management skills and professional appearance -Ability to respond to emergency situations to avoid endangering themselves or others -Strong problem solving, communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations and/or fast paced environments -Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
