Airbnb Cleaning/Errands Company Needed

We are looking for a professional cleaning company or team with experience in hotel or vacation rental cleaning. We are not looking to hire individuals. Must have a business license. Currently need cleaning several times a week for 1- 700 sqft 2 bedroom/1.5 bath unit in in Dana Point. 1- 700 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bath unit in San Clemente We need a cleaning team that can 1- Clean the units, do laundry on site or off-site, inspections, & handle inventory 2- Run errands in the unit; (when necessary) Cleaning Typically 2-3 deep cleanings a week per unit. Each cleaning takes about 3-4 hours. It is like a hotel. Unit needs to be deep cleaned and organized. Beds made perfectly. Linens and towels washed in the community laundry room or off-site. Cleanings must start shortly after 11am. Must be available 7 days a week. Inventory You let us know when items for the unit are running short via our app. We order the items to your home or office and then you bring them to the unit. Errands ($20/hour) *Troubleshoot and solve guest problems in the unit *Running light errands like picking up supplies at the store. *Light handyman duties like clogged toilets *Wifi/Internet Issues *Key/door lockout issues For the immediate emergency errands, you must be able to be at the property in short notice. Some errands will have a 24 hour advance notice but some will be emergency situations. Hours vary throughout the day. Must have a flexible schedule 7 days a week. EXPERIENCE Vacation rental cleaning experience preferred.. RELIABILITY is the #1 qualification. You must be the type of company who ALWAYS has their phone and CONSTANTLY checks text messages, emails, and phone calls. If you are not reliable, can not be reached easily, and do not return texts/calls immediately, this is not for you.
