Hey,
I'm a guy in my 40's looking for a dedicated workout partner to do a calisthenic type workout (circuit training (push up, sit ups, pull ups...stuff like that) and long distance jogging (anywhere from 2 to 6 miles), maybe even go hiking as well.
I would like to try it out for about a month and see how it goes. I'd like to loose about 30 lbs and need a workout partner with similar goals to help keep one another accountable. Male or Female, it doesn't matter. Just be serious & dedicated. Prefer to workout in the early evening (about 6pm or EARLY in the morning around 4:30am).
PLEASE NO SEXUAL RESPONSES. I'm only looking for someone that is serious about loosing weight & getting into better shape.
