Immediate position available for 48 unit Senior apartment community located in Manteca, CA Compensation: $17.00 an hour 5 days a week 5 1/2 hours a day. DKD also offers a 25% Employee Housing Discount at any of our Market Rate Properties! Supervise Staff and Contractors/Vendors in providing excellent service to residents. Complete regular inspections of the property, maintaining safety and curb appeal. Must be able to complete common apartment repairs including basic carpentry; plumbing; electrical; painting; vacant unit turn and general cleaning- Including but not limited to patching walls, replacing doors and door jambs, Completing vacant unit turnover in five days or less and other apartment maintenance repairs required by this job. Schedule and oversee all work completed by contractors. Work directly under the Property Manager and keep them apprised of day-to-day activity. Must be available for on-call as needed Current valid driver's license &.available vehicle and auto insurance Minimum two years of experience as apartment maintenance technician including at least six months of supervisory experience. Ability to express oneself clearly in English, verbally and in writing. Must be able to pass criminal and DMV background check.
