Job requirements: • Being able to work 1 or 2 days per week, with hourly pay for services. • Looking for a young humble responsible drug free honest man seeking an opportunity to make it in this life. • Attention to Detail: Should be able oversee maintenance assignment landscaping experience • Follow Directions: Willing to train with equipment prior to use of equipment and work as an assistant to complete tasks such as gardening, lawn mowing, and maintenance on the property. • Dependability: Motivated, responsible, and punctual with dependable transportation. • Manage assigned tools and equipment inventory and inspects tools regularly for safety and condition. • Must be able to clearly write and speak English. • Must have smart phone and basic computer skills – upload photos, send texts/emails via smart phone. • No Drugs/ No Criminal History About this job: The landscaping and maintenance assistant position provides opportunities where you can work for once to twice a week with flexibility in your schedule.
