I know we haven't known each other long, and I know I'm a jerk *already*. But you seem really cool, so if your standards are super low right now, I'm willing to give it a shot. Sorry for wanting more than you can give me right now, but you understand I think. I come from a seriously abusive home, and NO ONE (not even god) has ever considered my wants and needs. Your love is sweet. That's enough. It's going to have to be, I guess. I won't ever do better for myself than you. So thank you for loving me against all reason.
