This ad is also on Facebook Marketplace. Looking for percussionist for a small group to play local bars, beer gardens and wineries around Southampton, Easthampton and other surrounding areas. Vocals are a huge plus! Our covers are wide-ranging from Stapleton, Bowie, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, Lionel Richie, The Dead, Bob Marley etc. They are all great songs that everyone knows and likes to stay and listen/drink/eat. Our 'rule' is that we have to know and love the song to play it live. We have keyboard, guitar, bass and vocals right now and have been practicing since Sept. 2020. Our bass player just joined recently. We have all the necessary equipment (PAs, mixers, monitors, portable power etc.) and a place to practice etc. which is currently in Southampton. We are open to wherever location works best for everyone. The band owns an amazing electric Alesis mesh kit that you can use for rehearsal, gigs (shown in pic). Stored at our site. It's like having 30 kits in 1, and it sounds great. All you need is your sticks. Did I mention vocals are a huge plus? Come join us and have a great time jamming great songs for the FUN of it. PLEASE NOTE: We are not into this for the money, we are all employed etc. We play for tips. We are doing this for stress-relief, enjoyment, relaxation of good music, meeting new folks etc., and to help our beloved venues sell their products. We are looking for a drummer who loves to drum, and who will consistently show up because it's FUN and a good time, not because they are chasing money. If you're about the $ and glory, this isn't for you.
