The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects including supervising employees and subcontractors, arranging for inspections; ordering materials, completing paperwork, monitoring the budget and schedule, processing change orders, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction management experience in additions, renovations, and kitchen/bath remodeling. Construction Supervisor License required.
