Part time maintenance help at ALF facility

Hi I need help 3-4 days a week about 15-20hrs a week. Duties include: 1) Painting, 2) Changing bathroom faucets, swapping out toilet parts. 3) Landscape work, spraying weed kills, trimming bushes, planting flowers, removing weeds. 4)Help build window screens, 2) Mulch removal and spreading new landscape rocks. 3) Help organizing clutter inside house closets (I have all materials and tools and will teach you how) I don't need you to show up any particular time just need to follow through if we agree. We need some of these projects completed ASAP and have flexible timeline. Text me or email me.
