Newsom Oil is a 3rd generation oil distribution company. We are a growing company and currently in need of a Night Lead to help us manage our loading and warehouse activities during the night shift. Night Lead (NL) reports to the Production Manager and is a hands on position. The NL is responsible for the loading, offloading, pressure washing and quality control of the fleet and warehouse during the night time hours. The night shift operates from 4pm-Midnight or until all trucks are loaded. We load drums, cases and bulk oil onto 3-10 trucks per night. (and more in the near future) The night shift team includes 3-5 people based on the season. We are a growing company so the scope of this job is likely to change on a consistent basis and additional opportunities will aslo become available.
