Hawk Construction and Renovation is looking to hire direct or subcontract a crew to remodel apartments in Tampa. Turnkey- paint, drywall repairs, backsplash, electrical and plumbing fixtures, appliances, punch etc. no major remodeling or permits needed. Direct hires is hourly based $15-$20 on experience. 40 hours a week guaranteed. Must have verifiable experience in all scope items. Must have reliable transportation. Please send resumes to be considered. Crews require a minimum of 3 person crew with a skilled painter, skilled upgrade installers and floater. Must have reliable transportation and fully insured- General Liability and Workers Compensation policies due to it being a requirement of our insurance policy.
