Responsibilities Live in Hawaii on an organic/resort farm. Learn all aspect of business operation of the resort, customer service and hospitality industry. Learn all aspect of organic farming and health and wellness lifestyle. Give at least a two year commitment with the educational process at the end of this process you will receive an Associates of Science Degree from the University of Hawaii. You will be cross training in Marketing Strategies, Team Management and Development, Leadership, Business Fundamentals, Social Media, Entrepreneurship, Computer Technology and Cultural Competency. Skills Required: Verbal communication skills and comfort talking to people you have just met. Work ethic and commitment to getting the job done with excellence. Love of people and being a team member. Ability to multitask, work and train in a fast paced environment. Motivated in traveling to other locations and learning other cultures. Motivated in eating healthy and be willing to develop a wellness lifestyle. Desire to learn more, be trained and to grow with a company and be a business partner.
