Our Company: • Holo Holo Charters is a locally owned and operated company, providing unique tours of Kauai’s coastline and beyond for over twenty years. • Operating boat tours out of Port Allen (year-round) and Hanalei (seasonally) • Unique variety of vessels and tour routes • Voted the 2nd Best Boat Tour in the US (by USA Today Readers’ Choice 2021) The Position: • The ideal candidate will be team oriented, have strong communicational skills, high ethical standards and is eager to learn. • Must be highly motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively. • Able to implement and maintain an inventory tracking and storing system for optimized inventory control procedures. • Maintain accuracy of purchase order data: including items, quantities, due dates, special instructions and terms & conditions. • Inspect and restock new supplies, vessel parts and needs to avoid excessive surplus or inefficiencies. • Maintain a reasonable supply of mechanical spares and specialized tools for all vessels. • Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe condition. • Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. • Comply with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Forklift Experience/Certification • Valid Drivers License • Full-time position with flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Benefits available (after qualifying events): Medical/Dental & 401K • Pay based on experience Please submit your resume or visit our office in the Port Allen Marina Center to fill out an application.
