Aloha! We are a family owned residential and commercial construction company here on Oahu. We are looking for experienced Carpenters for Residential remodeling - all phases. If you have experience in any or all of these areas: New Construction, Additions, Framing, Drywall, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, Whole House remodeling, Flooring, Tile Setting. We're looking for you! Both large and small jobs. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Job duties: - Basic plan reading skills of floor plans and elevations - High end finish carpentry - proficient in cabinets, millwork, windows and door installation - Rough carpentry/framing - competent with cutting (worm drive, miter saw), pneumatic framing, anchoring and shoring residential framing - Drywall hanging, taping and finishing - Painting - Hardwood/laminate/vinyl flooring installation - Doors, windows, decks and fences installations - Tile and stone installation - Basic electrical & plumbing - Basic concrete work Job requirements: - Smartphone - Minimum 3+ years experience in construction/remodeling - Top-notch work ethic, drive and focus - Must be organized, clean and precise - Good attitude and ability to work well with others - Willingness to learn, progress and expand skillset - Must be reliable, prompt and bring own tools to work - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle - Must be able to lift 75+ pounds Please email your resume with contact information if interested.
