Powers Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Apt. Complex's in the Oaktie area. We offer competitive salary and benefits, paid holiday and vacation, 401K. Part- time position with possible Full Time Maintenance Technician responsibilities: Assisting staff to ensure the physical and operations of complex's Monitoring and completing work orders on a priority basis Maintaining and operating all mechanical equipment including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical Maintaining an ongoing preventative maintenance program Provide after hours call services on a rotating basis with other staff Requirements: Will train qualified candidates Mechanical background Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills Flexibility to work weekends, evening, and on call as needed Physically able to climb ladders, access HVAC systems, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces. Ability to communicate with staff and residents. Valid drivers license and no DUI's, revocations, or suspensions within past 5 years.
