Private property in Dover, Ma looking for an experienced hands-on property maintenance/handyman to join a growing team. This a full-time position that includes on-call response to storm or maintenance issues in and around the property. Summary of duties include but are not limited to: • Perform general maintenance and upkeep in/around property (e.g., repairing broken fence panels, painting, light carpentry, drywall repair, etc.) • Minor building maintenance (replacing light bulbs, fence repair) • Ensure property is free of debris and rubbish • Review and complete daily maintenance requests as indicated by Property Manager • Keep accurate records relating to daily activity and work being performed • Maintain a neat and professional demeanor while on duty • Be observant to areas within the property that may require attention and/or follow-up • Assist Property Manager or other staff when requested Experience/Knowledge & Abilities • Working knowledge of general carpentry and repair required • Able to use hand and/or power tools as necessary. Able to operate farm machinery such as tractors, etc. • Prolonged periods of standing and walking • Must be physically able to bend, kneel, walk, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. at a time • Act as a team member with all associates and able to work independently or as a team • Proactive and positive attitude • Excellent communication skills both orally and written • High attention to detail • Must be able to operate office equipment such as a computer and telephone • Respect for privacy and ability to maintain a high level of confidentially at all times Please reply with a copy of your resume.
