We are looking for someone to help manage the workflow of Stuytown’s inventory for approximately 4 months (First week of May to first week of September). The role will interact with tradesmen and contractors to timely and professionally supply them with the inventory they need to provide superb maintenance and service to the residential units. Energetic in supporting those who are partners of the Procurement and Inventory Control team. A good communicator who has strong computer skills and is familiar with Corrigo or other inventory control software. A Strong time manager and have good organizational skills. Multi-tasker who can get things done under high pressure in a fast-paced environment Gumby. Things change. What you will do: Be a record keeper and receiver who handles physical deliveries and accurately enters quantities into inventory tracking software that others use for inventory management and control. Be a distributor providing materials to contractors and tradesmen via Field Services software. Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse space. Be adaptable - Additional duties may be assigned by your Supervisor. Provide the warehouse and inventory support that helps make StuyTown & Peter Cooper Village the best place to live and work in NYC. What you should have: High school education or GED. 2+ years of experience providing excellent warehouse/inventory-control support. A love for doing what others won’t.
