Our company is growing and hiring, we will provide all the tools for success in our company: company phone, company vehicle, tablet, etc. We operate a 24/7 emergency response company, there are times that all of our team members will be on-call. We need a fast paced, detail orientated, hands on manager to work with our mitigation team, some hands-on work is expected, as well as keeping up on the paperwork that comes with running mitigation jobs. Must have certs and experience. You will regularly be in and out of locations that have experienced damages, Etiquette and Tact are a must when leading our team through difficult situations, often in front of an audience. These situations may include raw sewage, bio-hazard clean up, smoke and fire damaged areas- you must be willing to go into all losses with professionalism.  Good written/oral communication skills needed.  Common knowledge to set up/break down and read equipment.  Lift up to 40lbs  Use of safety equipment and PPE knowledge  Valid driver’s license  Able to work irregular hours when on call. This is a 24hr-7 days a week company.  Safety work boots (composite or steel toe)  Basic hand tool (meter, tape measure, drill set, dry wall knife, hammer, etc If you have no experience please apply to as a laborer, tech in training- we will train.
