Croissant and Chocolate croissant 1 ticket is for 2 guests . 3 hours class with dinner including Pastry Chef Jasmine will take you step-by-step through the croissant-making process. In this hands-on class, you will make the 'détrempe' and 'beurrage', then learn how to properly shape, fill and bake to achieve flaky, delicate croissants. The class is hands-on. This class is perfect friends night to have a fun and do a safe activity together A French dinner is including while we are waiting the croissants to proof Your safety is our priority: 10 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
