Billy Webb Elks Lodge Presents 4 The Culture Pop-Up Markets! Billy Webb Elks Lodge will hosts local small businesses and artists at this historical landmark within the African American community. Our goal is to showcase local talent and entrepreneurship while also celebrating the history within our community. Proceeds from this market will benefit much needed repairs and updates to the lodge as well as generate revenue to keep us here. Health and safety will be taken very seriously during this time of COVID-19. We have rules in place to keep you, the vendors, and volunteers safe. Additionally, hand sanitizer will be available when you enter and at every table.
