Showcasing a Heritage Gloucestershire Old Spot pig from Lola Farms with some delicious sides to pair well with the pork and great beer! This will be our first whole pig roast at Jax Craft Beer and we are excited to bring our Ecuadorian food to the Mandarin neighborhood. We will be cooking a young BBQ pig from Lola Farms out in Lake Butler. Each ticket will come with a full plate of sides plus a heaping amount of delicious chancho. All things made will pair great with beer from Jax Craft Beer so come hungry and thirst and we will take care of the rest! New pork sandwich business to Jacksonville, we specialize in cooking pork and jump at the chance to cook a whole pig whenever we can.
