Hello, We have a couple old cabins that need a lot of miscellaneous work, replacing rotting fascia, re-fastening loose roofing, cleaning out crawlspace, tear out small area of flooring and replace with vinyl. Small carpentry. Looking for someone who likes older buildings and might have ideas on small fixes/carpentry to make the places functional and pretty. Many misc projects: Install dryer vent in basement Complete 3 rooms of base trim. Build gate on deck Put up stairway handrails. Thanks,
