Will yoga for beer! Join Mountain Lily Studios for a Sunday Funday Flow! Come out to Factotum Brewhouse and join us in this fun, all levels yoga flow lead by Tara Clack, certified instructor and founder of Mountain Lily Studios. If you're here for the beer, and new to yoga, this class is for you! Mountain Lily Studios specializes in all levels yoga for workplaces and community events. So come check out Factotum Brewhouse's delicious craft beers, get your yoga on, and support two amazing Denver local women owned businesses! Yoga and one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage is included in the ticket price. Check in starts at 12:15 and class will begin promptly at 12:30. Class will be held in the taproom. All you need is your mat, you water, and a mask. If you need a mat, rentals are available. All mats are cleaned and sterilized with CDC approved cleaner. Mountain Lily Studios was founded to create health and wellness in the spaces we inhabit and promote healthy lifestyles through workplace wellness and community yoga.
