Farm Hand needed on Licensed Cannabis Farm Hello Everyone! We are setting up a Licensed Cannabis farm near Mountain Ranch, CA and farm hand needed to help. This is a W-2 position and will start right away as one of our employees is moving away. Duties will start with general farm work, clearing small brush, using equipment to prep the site and will lead into plant care and along with crop rotation. This location will be greenhouses but we have another location coming on board that may be fully outdoor if we can get licensing this year. No experience is needed, just the willingness to be coached on what to do and how to do. Ability to take direction, be on time and pay attention is absolute must. There will be opportunity to move up as the individual starts to work well with the team and learns the skills needed to operate independently.
