Walk and Wine at Peconic River Herb Farm, a foraging and tasting event hosted by Slow Food East End, tickets benefit Feed the Forks Join us at the lush Peconic River Herb Farm located on the banks of the Peconic River for a private, easy walking tour with herbalist Melissa Mapes, a Slow Food East End master farmer who will lead a foraging walk for edible and medicinal herbs found along the garden trails and share her knowledge about the many ways to enjoy and utilize these botanicals . The walkabout tour will include a wine tasting hosted by Gabriella Macari, Master of Wine candidate and Certified Sommelier and the director of Macari Vineyards, a family owned premier North Fork winery committed to ecological and holistic soil care to produce their award winning wines.
