Jim Santangelo from the Wine Academy of Utah is back to talk about new wines featured at Utah liquor stores. Please RSVP by purchasing tickets prior to the event. The Charcoal Grill at Birch Creek Golf Course will be hosting a monthly wine tasting. Our friend, Jim Santangelo who runs the Wine Academy of Utah will be our guest sommelier each month. Not only does Jim bring a vast knowledge of wine and spirits, he is also extremely entertaining. This month we will be discussing and tasting the newest wines in the state ! Light appetizer will be served. Must be 21 years of age to attend.
