Hi, I have nights/days open in a rehearsal space in Arlington Center. Currently I share with a drummer and the room is mainly being used for individual practice. I only get in there once a week on average and so it is heavily under utilized. Looking for some cool responsible folks to share with and help split the costs. The facility is clean and surprisingly quiet most of the time and the room is equipped with a powerful 8 channel PA system which would be available for shared use. There is also a Gretsch Club Kit which could also be shared. The room is large enough to accommodate a 5 or 6 piece band depending on the instrumentation. I have rehearsed in there comfortably with a 5 piece with two fairly elaborate keyboard setups. This was a little tight but definitely manageable. The room is kept tidy and I installed sound panels on the walls. Shoot me an email if you're looking for a space and we can go over the finer details. Things that would be good to include in your email are how you plan on using the space (band rehearsal, individual practice, teaching, etc.) how many/what night/days you would be interested in and what gear you would need to store there. thanks, -Marty
