ABOUT US. We are the Heart Of Health Clinic; we are preparing to launch clinics in the Houston and Chicago area by the end of this year. The Heart of Health strives to inspire hope and provide access to high-quality healthcare to patients regardless of employment status, age, nationality, or ability to pay for medical care. JOB DESCRIPTION. What will you be doing? We are looking for motivated sales representatives that can help distribute 100% free COVID-19 at home test kits. You will collect basic information from whoever wants the kit and provide them with a kit. You will need to collect First Name, Last Name, Address, Gender and DOB. It’s crucial the information is correctly entered. Please look presentable when you come to the Church. You will be given tablets to enter the information. You will also be provided with forms you can write the information into but you will be responsible for entering names later on into the tablets. Where will we be? This Sunday we will be at the St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (501 Tidwell Rd, Houston, TX 77022). There are 5 masses. We will have two 5 man teams stationed at the two exits. We will sign people up as they exit the church. We will have water, drinks and treats. There will be many Spanish speakers at this church. You should arrive there at 6:30am. This will give you time to familiarize yourself with the tablets, forms and test kits. 07.00 AM - English Mass 08.30 AM - Spanish Mass Most 10.30 AM - English Mass 12.00 PM - Spanish Mass Most 01.30 PM - Spanish Mass COMPENSATION. Your base is $13/hour but you have the ability to make much more. Ex. You can make $22/hour if you give out and collect the correct information for 500 kits. The more kits you give away, the greater your hourly rate. We will have more events in the future.
