You are applying for a position that requires you to work on foot, outdoors, in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs while moving at a steady pace. Computer Literacy - Candidate must have basic knowledge of navigation through a Windows PC, as well as an Apple Ipad - general navigation through apps, as well as taking pictures, uploading pictures to PC, etc. Attention to Detail is a must - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -- - Removing personal property from repossessed vehicles, marking and storing it properly. -Taking pictures of vehicles/property - uploading to required databases. -Electronic condition reports through databases. -Closely monitoring schedule (via web portal) for property redemptions, vehicle redemptions, and vehicle transports (everything is by appointment) - Candidate will have personal communication with debtors during appointment times - of utter importance to remain cool, calm, and collected at all times. -Candidate must be reliable and have transportation to and from work, Monday - Friday. -Candidate must have a criminal background free from felonies or ANY THEFT CONVICTIONS.
