MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPE ASSISTANT Must be able to perform maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor or lead person. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to use tools and equipment needed to perform assigned tasks Must be able to respond to emergency situations as directed by Park Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Person. Must assist Maintenance Supervisor in all aspects of landscaping in Old Bridge Village REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Pool Deck Maintenance Pressure Wash Buildings Plumbing Problems • Water System • Common Buildings Floor Maintenance Painting Water System • Purges • Valve Exercises • Water Turn on/off Assist with Landscaping Maintenance • Tree Trimming • Bush Trimming • Mangrove Trimming • Weed Control • Irrigation • General Clean up • Assist with general maintenance
