A FREE seminar to learn joint locks, discuss use of force laws, and experience the latest in conducted electrical weapons! This free seminar will start with learning some of the simplest joint locks, and how they can be applied in common self-defense situations. While most people learn to kick and punch, many never learn joint locks which can be ideal for controlling someone during a "low level" attack. Following the class there will be a short presentation on the law of self-defense, as well as addressing a few of today's police use of force cases that are in the news, and why the police have a lot of challenges ahead. Finally, you will be introduced to a new Conducted Electrical Weapon, designed specifically for law enforcement, that is safe and effective, and quickly brings suspects into compliance. Volunteer to try it out and feel the effects (receive a door prize), and then provide feedback as to how you think this tool would aid, or be a detriment, to law enforcement.
